This is a meaningless bill because most if not all jobs have health insurance that goes by federal law. So to have any workers comp claims honored they must prove they don’t allow a “dangerous” work place. And HR’s departments everywhere will hide behind it. No discrimination just them following the statutory legislation that actually works perfect for them.
It’s feasible to have around but the company needs to desire to. As an example my grocery that is local chain shops in several states including unlawful people. They don’t really test right here since it’s perhaps not beneficial plus they can not keep individuals.
